The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and obtaining tracking information. Crafted by Iron is not responsible for any lost/missing returns.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed with the original tags attached. If the return policy is not followed the return will be declined. The item will shipped back at customers expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund.

By placing an order with Crafted by Iron, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping and return policies, terms and conditions.

Sale items may be returned for the same sytle and color only. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped. Once orders are placed they can not be changed. Returns can still be made. Crafted by Iron is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to postal service.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered to an incorrectly entered addres. Once items are scanned as delivered to the address it is up to the customer to claim any missing items with the appropriate postal carrier or credit card.

Any order delivered damaged must be reported within 14 days and the damaged package must be delivered to the USPS office for us to file a claim on your behalf.

Domestic Orders

Unless otherwised selected, all domestic orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. Once processing is complete, shipping time is 3-5 days depending on final destination.

While most domestic deliver withing 3 business days from ordering. Please allow up to 6 business days for delivery of your items processing and shipping times may vary.

Any packages returned for Incomplete/incorrect address will be shipped again at the customers expense.
