Welcome to my portfolio. I have acquired a vast amount of knowledge over the years in different fitness modalities. My passion is weightlifting but I have years of experience in general fitness and well-being. In addition to my experience, I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight Loss Specialist and Youth Exercise Specialist.
